Next fitness challenge starts tomorrow. I am doing this “Gold Medial Ass” challenge with a friend from University who is super competitive, which is perfect, because it will make me want to keep going… especially when the burpees hit 60s+.
As for my handstand challenge, I am very thankful I still have two weeks. My upper body is getting stronger, but I am still trying to hold a handstand even for 5 - 15 secs. I seriously need to shake my fear of falling from the handstand and then, I am sure I will all start to gel.
